Door to Door Radiation therapy fare rebate

Hong Kong Adventist Hospital – Stubbs Road now provides Door to Door Radiation therapy fare rebate scheme, rebate on round-trip taxi fare per every designated cancer radiation treatment.

Terms and Conditions:

1. This promotion is applicable to specified patients undergoing radiotherapy (hereinafter referred to as “beneficiaries”).
2. Beneficiaries will receive a refund of the taxi fare incurred for each round trip of treatment.
3. The refund will be provided in cash and will be equal to the taxi fare for each round trip of treatment, up to a cap amount of HKD350 per ride.
4. To qualify for the refund, beneficiaries must submit the required documents within 7 days after the treatment. Late submissions may be considered invalid.
5. This promotion is not applicable to non-specified patients undergoing radiotherapy.
6. This promotion cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
7. Hong Kong Adventist Hospital Oncology Center (HKAOC) reserves the right to interpret the final terms and conditions of this promotion and has the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
